American will begin a nonstop route from Phoenix to Monterrey, MX on Jan. 10, marking the first time in 19 years a flight out of Phoenix has operated nonstop to Monterrey. The new route also marks the 13th Mexican destination offered by American out of Phoenix. The service will be operated by American Eagle on their 76-seat Embraer E175, with an average duration of 3 hours.
