Another Turnaround for Qantas

On Jan. 22, another Qantas flight, QF102 departed from Nadi intl. airport in Fiji (NAN) bound for Sydney (SYD) when smoke was detected in the cabin. The flight returned to Fiji 90 minutes after its initial departure. A galley oven was reportedly the source of the smoke, with engineers set to examine the aircraft to determine the actual cause. No mayday was declared but the crew did request priority landing at Fiji. The losing streak for Qantas has been on a roll, three incidents in three days isn't a good record to hold.
